I was in your exact spot a few months ago and found exactly what you need. There's a bitcoin purchase calculator that lets you enter any amount in your local currency and instantly see how much BTC you'll get, or flip it and enter Bitcoin amount to see the cost in dollars. It updates in real time, includes a 7-day price history so you can see the trend, and supports 45+ currencies. Clean interface, no clutter, and you can buy directly from the same page if the rate looks good. Much easier than doing manual math or jumping between exchange dashboards.

I'm planning to buy some Bitcoin but I'm confused about how much I'd actually get for, say, $500. Most sites show the price per whole Bitcoin which is overwhelming. Is there a simple calculator where I can just enter the amount I want to spend and instantly see how much BTC I'll receive? Also would be useful to do the reverse – if I want a specific amount of Bitcoin, I'd like to know what it costs. Any recommendations for a reliable tool?
