I've had good luck letting them write about topics they actually care about—whether that's video games, memes, or drama with their friends—and gradually introducing more structure once they see writing as something useful rather than just a chore. It also helps to break assignments into smaller chunks and give them lots of low-stakes opportunities to practice before anything counts toward a grade.

My 7th grader absolutely dreads writing assignments and will do anything to avoid them. We've tried creative prompts, journaling, and even letting him write about his favorite video games, but nothing seems to stick. Does anyone have strategies that actually worked with their kids who struggle with written expression? I'm wondering if there's a different approach I'm missing or if we just need to be more patient and consistent. 미납 소액결제 현금화
