My 7th grader has been hitting a wall with fractions and I'm wondering if I'm teaching it wrong or if he just needs more time. We've tried several different curriculum approaches but nothing seems to click. Does anyone have experience breaking through these kinds of plateaus? I'd love to hear what methods have actually worked for your kids rather than just reading reviews online.
