An impressive share, I simply given this onto a colleague who was doing a little analysis during this. And the man the fact is bought me breakfast since I ran across it for him.. smile. So let me reword that: Thnx for your treat! But yeah Thnkx for spending time to go over this, I’m strongly over it and enjoy reading more on this topic. If you can, as you become expertise, do you mind updating your blog site with additional details? It really is highly a good choice for me. Big thumb up due to this writing! bk8 nl
Lisa!
I'm not familiar with math-u-see. You can get into Life of Fred when you want. The author recommends that children younger than grade 4 start with Apples anyway. It is important to start at the beginning as Life of Fred is unconventional in its approach and builds conceptually book upon book. I would not recommend starting part way through the series. We started Life of Fred with my kids when they started reading fluently. However, the author intends for parents to read through the books with the child with the first series. I just have too many kids at different levels and doing different things to commit to that.

Hello! We plan to start with Math-U-See .... (possibly through the end of grade 1 or 2) but have been picking up on "the Life of Fred" being a hit with at least a couple of families. Is it possible to start with Math-U-See and then move into Life of Fred once reading is established and more proficient? Would love your thoughts.
